MS-480 Portable Magnetic Separator with
plate feeder option. The electromagnet with self-cleaning stainless steel clad belt
removes rebar and tramp iron from crushed recycled concrete. The reciprocating plate
feeder absorbs shock load from a crusher and provides continuous and uniform feed to the
magnet. Our customers report excellent results in construction demolition projects.
This 48" belt x 40'-0 long Model MS-480 is sized
for a 500 TPH capacity of -8" recycled concrete. Our customer preferred a stationary
plant. The 304 stainless steel chute carries the reject ferrous material to a container
and will not magnetize over time. The adjustable stroke plate feeder is powered off the
conveyor tail pulley by a roller chain drive.
